1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Refunds

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a refund.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for any refund request.

2.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for refunds.
  • Gift cards or downloadable software products cannot be refunded.
  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers) cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3.⁠ ⁠Refund Process

  • Upon approval of your refund request, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

4.⁠ ⁠Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

5.⁠ ⁠Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, you may be eligible for an exchange instead of a refund.
  • Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product to arrange an exchange.

6.⁠ ⁠Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your Original Payment method again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@earthlybliss.co.
