- You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a refund.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for any refund request.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for refunds.
- Gift cards or downloadable software products cannot be refunded.
- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers) cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Refund Process

5. Exchanges

6. Late or Missing Refunds

- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
